Shipping and delivery
Plain packaging, fast dispatch, delivery windows for every region.
Dispatch
Orders ship within one business day of your e-Transfer being received. You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel is with the carrier; the carrier name is included so you know where to track it.
Delivery windows
Typical time in transit once the parcel is moving:
- Ontario and Quebec: 2 to 3 business days
- Manitoba and the Maritimes: 3 to 5 business days
- Saskatchewan, Alberta, and BC: 4 to 6 business days
- Northern territories: 5 to 8 business days, occasionally longer when weather or routing intervenes
Treat these as typical windows rather than promises; carriers have slow weeks, and the December peak adds a day or two everywhere. If tracking has not moved in five business days, send us a note through the contact form and we will chase the carrier.
Discreet packaging
Every parcel goes out in plain packaging with nothing about the contents on the outside:
- No branding or logos anywhere on the box
- Nothing on the label that describes what is inside
- A generic sender name on the return address
Carriers
We ship with Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS depending on your region and order size; the system picks whichever gets the parcel to you fastest at a sensible cost.
Problems with a delivery
Damaged box, missing item, or a parcel marked delivered that never arrived: contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan with your order number and a short description, and we will make it right.
