Returns and Replacements

Our products are sealed consumables, so we do not offer refunds or accept returns. That has never meant you are on your own: when something is genuinely wrong with an order, we make it right by sending a replacement.

What we replace

• Damaged in transit. A parcel that arrives crushed, leaking, or broken: contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan with your order number and a photo of the damage. A picture helps us resolve it fast.
• Wrong or missing items. If the box does not match your order, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will ship the correction at no cost.
• Product issues. A problem with an unopened product (broken seal, obvious defect): contact customer service with your order number and a photo before opening anything further, and we will sort out a replacement.
• Lost parcels. If tracking stalls or the parcel goes missing, we chase the carrier and replace the order if it cannot be located.

What we do not replace

• No refunds. Completed payments are not refundable; resolutions are by replacement.
• Opened or used product. Once a seal is broken the item cannot come back or be exchanged.
• Personal experience. We generally do not send replacements based on individual experience or the perceived strength or effect of a product. These are natural variations between formulas and people; if you are unsure which product suits you, ask before ordering and we will point you in the right direction.
• Late claims. Damage, shortage, and wrong-item claims need to reach us within 48 hours of delivery.
